***If any of your guests (including your spouse) are also alumni, please have them register separately***
 
PLEASE NOTE, EVERY ALUMNUS AND THEIR GUEST(S) MUST HAVE A SHOW TICKET IN ORDER TO ATTEND ALUMNI NIGHT (excluding infants and toddlers on laps). Walk-ups are not permitted, only those who register may attend!

EVENT DETAILS
6:15 pm Check-in 
 
6:30 pm  Reception in the upstairs lounge – you and up to three guests are invited to enjoy drinks, hors d’oeuvres, dessert, caroling, and a visit with Santa!
(Please note: Registered Alumni will receive (2) tickets to enjoy complimentary beer, wine, or soda. Cash bar is also available.)
 
8 pm Performance
 
Intermission – the upstairs lounge and cash bar will be open!
 
10:30 pm After the show – The lounge will re-open to alumni and their guests for more fun after the show! (Young children are welcome to attend the pre-show reception, but we do not recommend that they attend the post-show party. Bar closes at 12 a.m.)
 
Choral singing!
Alumni will be invited to sing “Silent Night” with the cast during the 8 pm performance. As we get closer to the event, all registered alumni will receive an email with access to sheet music and/or a track to rehearse Silent Night ahead of time. We will also have sheet music printed for you that night, but we will not have a formal rehearsal.
